Robert T. Faxon

CEO & VICE PRESIDENT

Robert Faxon has been involved in the manufacturing activities of Faxon Machining for over 40 years, serving various industries including; Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Defense, and a wide-range of other customers.

Robert began as a part-time manual tool room lathe operator on the shop floor and now serves as C.E.O. He is experienced in advanced manufacturing, process development, continuous improvement, sales and marketing, and executive management.

Mr. Faxon holds a degree in Manufacturing Technologies from Cincinnati Technical College and is the inventor of several U.S. Patents in both the Firearms and Defense industries.

Robert is Founding Partner and President of Faxon Firearms, as well as a Founding Partner of the Ohio Valley Antique Mall.

Andy Thiemann

VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES

Andy has over 40 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering Manager and Operations Manager. He has a diverse background in many disciplines within industries including Defense, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Heavy Equipment, and Power Generation and Storage.

Justin Hill

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Justin Hill leads Faxon’s Production Operations. He is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and performance of Faxon's production programs.

As a professional with 20 years of manufacturing experience, Justin is known for developing prototype assets into production programs by focusing on building relationships and operational excellence.

Justin holds bachelor's degrees in business analytics and operations management from the University of Cincinnati.
